【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheprincipalmodulationtransferfunction(MTF)associatedwithasampledimagingsystem,togetherwithrelatedterms.ItalsooutlinesanumberofsuitabletechniquesformeasuringtheseMTFs.ThisInternationalStandardisparticularlyrelevanttoelectronicimagingdevices,suchasCCDcamerasandtheCCDarraysthemselves.Althoughanumberofmeasurementtechniquesaredescribed,theintentionisnottoexcludeothertechniques,providedtheymeasurethecorrectparameterandsatisfythegeneraldefinitionsandguidelinesforMTFmeasurementassetoutinISO9334andISO9335.Theuseofameasurementoftheedgespreadfunction(ESF),ratherthanthelinespreadfunction(LSF),isnotedinparticularasanalternativestartingpointfordeterminingtheOTF/MTFofanimagingsystem.
