【摘要】:ThispartofISO11114specifiestestmethodsandtheevaluationofresultsfromthesetestsinordertoqualifysteelssuitableforuseinthemanufactureofgascylinders(upto3000I)forhydrogenandotherembrittlinggases.ThispartofISO11114onlyappliestoseamlesssteelgascylinders.TherequirementsofthispartofISO11114arenotapplicableifatleastoneofthefollowingconditionsfortheintendedgasserviceisfulfilled1):--theworkingpressureofthefilledembrittlinggasislessthan20%ofthetestpressureofthecylinder;--thepartialpressureofthefilledembrittlinggasofagasmixtureislessthan5MPa(50bar)inthecaseofhydrogenandotherembrittlinggases,withtheexceptionofhydrogensulphideandmethylmercaptaninwhichcasesthepartialpressureshallnotexceed0,25MPa(2,5bar).

【摘要】:1.1Scope.1.1.1Title.NFPA301,CodeforSafetytoLifefromFireonMerchantVessels,shallbeknownastheMerchantVesselCodeandisreferredtohereinas?thiscode?or?thecode.?1.1.2Thecodeaddressesconstruction,arrangement,protection,andspaceutilizationfactorsthatarenecessarytominimizedangertolifefromfire,smoke,fumes,orpanic.Italsoprovidesforreasonableprotectionagainstpropertydamageandavoidanceofenvironmentaldamageconsistentwiththenormaloperationofvessels.FundamentalrequirementsapplicabletoallvesselsarefoundinChapters1through9.ThesefundamentalrequirementsaremodifiedinChapters10through18asapplicableforanytypeofspace.TherequirementsinChapters1through18aremodifiedinChapters19through21asapplicableforanygivenvesseltype.Forexample,apassengervesselwouldfollowtherequirementsofChapters1through18andChapter21.1.1.3Thecodeidentifiestheminimumcriteriaforthedesignofegressfacilitiessoastopermitpromptescapeofpassengersandcrewtosafeareasaboardvesselsand,wherenecessary,tosurvivalcraftembarkationstations.1.1.4Thecoderecognizesthatlifesafetyismorethanamatterofegressand,accordingly,dealswithotherconsiderationsthatareessentialtolifesafety.Italsorecognizestheuniqueoperatingenvironmentofmerchantvesselsandtherelationshipsamonglifesafety,propertyprotection,andenvironmentalprotectionanddealswiththesecriteriaaccordingly.1.1.5*Wherepermanentlymooredandoccupiedasbuildings,merchantvesselsshallbepermittedtobetreatedasbuildingsandshallbepermittedtobesubjecttotheprovisionsofappropriatebuildingcodesandstandardsasspecifiedbythelocalauthorityhavingjurisdiction.A.1.1.5PermanentlymooredvesselsfallwithinthescopeofNFPA101,LifeSafetyCode.
