【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwotechniquesformediaerrormonitoringandreportingfortheverificationofdatastoredonopticaldigitaldatadisks:—high-level,whichusesasetoffunctionalcommands;—SCSI-2level,whichusesasetofSCSI-2commands.Itspecifiestwomediaerrormonitoringandreportinglevels:—systemlevel,whichusesasetoffunctionalcommandsthatcanbeusedbytheoperatingsystem,applicationsoftware,andremoteusers;—opticaldiskdevicelevel,whichusesasetofSCSI-2commandsthatcanbeusedbythedevicedriveroradeviceapplicationprogramme.CompliancetotherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardisspecifiedinclause4.ThisInternationalStandardappliestobothrewritableandreadonlyopticaldiskmedia.PartoftheinformationinthisInternationalStandardmaybeusefulforCD-ROMsubsystems,butimplementationsforthattechnologyarebeyondthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.
